JUDICIARY, 10 a.m., Room 140, Main Capitol

  • Public hearing on HB 1428 (Rep. Warren Kampf, R-Chester/Montgomery): Creates the Fairness in Claims and Transparency Act to address claims made against asbestos-related bankruptcy trusts and for allocation of responsibility in asbestos litigation.

 

Session

On Monday, the House will convene at 1 p.m. for legislative business. The members will vote the uncontested calendar and Rule 35 resolutions.

  • SB 912 (Sen. Patrick Browne, R-Lehigh): Appropriates funding to the Pennsylvania State University for the 2015-16 fiscal year.
